Q: I’m a current customer; how can I place online orders 24/7?

A: Fill out the sign up form at tracsdirect.com/tdSignUp.aspx or email your request to rfs-ttracssupport@pfgc.com and include your Black River Produce account number and business name.

Q: Can I submit my order through email?

A: While email might seem like a quick, convenient route for ordering, we ask that orders be placed over the phone or via online ordering to ensure that your order is not missed. Order online through Tracs Direct.

Q: How do I become a customer with Black River Produce?

A: Please send an email with your inquiry to rfs-newaccounts@pfgc.com. Include your location, name, phone number and name of business. One of our Black River Produce Area Managers will reach out to you to review and finalize the required paperwork. Or, submit the Contact form and we will be in touch with you.

Q: Can I get pricing on some items that I am curious about if I am not a current Black River Produce customer?

A: Currently, pricing is not available to view for anyone without a Black River Produce account. If you would like to fill out our Contact Us form, we would be happy to reach out to you to discuss specific items in which you have an interest.

Q: How do I arrange for a pick-up order at the Black River Produce warehouse in North Springfield, Vermont?

A: Please call customer service at 800-228-5481 to arrange for a pick-up order. This option is not available for online orders. See Warehouse Pick-up Time Windows at the bottom of the Contact page.

Q: How do I know if something on my online order is out of stock?

A: You should receive an email with a notification of any items that may be out of stock on your order. If you are unsure, please give customer service a call at 800-228-5481.

Q: Can I order my Reinhart or Performance Foodservice items by calling Black River?

A: No. Currently, the catalogs for Black River Produce items, Reinhart items, and Performance Foodservice items are all separate. While there is some overlap, not all items are found in every catalog.

Q: Can I access Black River Produce’s online ordering catalog with the same Tracs Direct login that I use for Reinhart or Performance Foodservice?

A: Yes. You should have the option to toggle between your accounts by clicking on your account name at the top of the home page. If you are unable to do this, please contact Tracs Support at RFS-TTracsSupport@pfgc.com.

Q: How can I become a Black River Produce vendor?

A: Please contact our Director of Procurement, Kyle Price, at 802-886-6238 or fill out our Contact Us form and include information about your product. Connecting farms and makers with our foodservice and retail customers is what we do!

Q: I am a business or organization; can Black River Produce deliver to my home?

A: We are currently unable to deliver to residential areas. We are happy to drop your order at another commercial location so long as we have permission from an owner or manager at that location and have made prior arrangements for them to receive the product on your behalf.

Q: How does Black River Produce give back to the community?
